Program delivery
Flexible program format
Each T.H.R.I.V.E module is delivered in 3 hour workshops either face to face or 2×1.5 hour webinars. Group or individual coaching sessions are recommended in between each module every 2-3 weeks to imbed key learnings and behaviours. This allows us to celebrate wins, share key learnings and focus on solutions for those strategies not working effectively, as no two brains are the same we need to customise the approach.
Key aspects can also be presented as a 1.5 hr keynote presentation, or a 3-hr presentation/workshop for conferences, company or team kick-off sessions and lunch-and-learn events.
The specific combination can be customised to meet your goals and is discussed during the initial discussion.
– For individuals
The program is delivered in a coaching style, either face to face or via webinars.
We recommended an initial 8 x 1 hour sessions within 12 week period. This will include monitoring what’s working for the individual and adjusting it meet the desired outcomes.
Delivery style
- The program is interactive, engaging and a lot of fun, with practical exercises for participants to apply and embed the new insights and knowledge.
- This is certainly not death by PowerPoint! – the material includes videos, team interaction, challenging exercises and sharing.
- Participants can be the scientist of their own experiment, applying what they learn in bite-sized chunks.
- Each component is supported by the relevant neuroscience research so that participants can feel confident about the new and often revolutionary approaches and techniques.
Behavioural Profiling
Many organisations find it helpful to engage with profiling.
Profiling enables participants to understand their underlying behavioural preferences and why they approach situations and individuals in particular ways.
This information allows leaders to consciously modify or adapt their behaviours to achieve the best results within their team.
