Zumba with Kristy

As part of the REWIRE for SUCCESS virtual book launch, we created a 5-minute brain break Zumba video to increase our cognitive function. For those who know me well – my nickname is the ‘ZUMBA QUEEN’, I love to dance and gain new energy from the upbeat music (in particular I LOVE Salsa). For me Zumba doesn’t feel like exercise, it is a joyous party that makes me feel GREAT and provides me with great ideas to solve business challenges. Kristy my Zumba instructor will get our blood pumping and our bodies warmed up. In my book, I speak about the benefits of dancing and how it improves cognitive function and reduce the risk of mental illnesses such as dementia and Parkinson’s. See this as an opportunity for a brain break to switch gears from your previous work engagements and gain oxygen to your brain for enhanced performance. Enjoy!
